Terms of Service

1. The service

INSIGHT converts recordings and text into transcripts and structured report drafts using automated transcription and AI generation. Outputs are drafts intended for human review, not finished professional work product.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of recordings, transcripts, and reports you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, and return that content to you. You represent that you have the legal right to record, upload, and process the content you submit, including any required consents from recorded parties.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you lack the right to process.
• Do not use the service to harass, defame, or unlawfully surveil anyone.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not resell the service without our written agreement.

5. AI-generated content

Automated transcription and AI drafting can mishear, omit, compress, or misstate information. You must review and verify all generated content before relying on it. INSIGHT does not provide legal, HR, insurance, medical, or investigative advice and does not make decisions in those domains.

6. Billing

Free accounts include a limited number of reports. Paid plans are billed through Stripe monthly or annually until canceled; credit bundles are one-time purchases that do not expire. You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features over time. If we discontinue the service, we will make reasonable efforts to give you time to export stored reports.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scribe Report's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms.
